Key Products focus- Monitoring Equipment , Motor and Elastomers Mains Responsibilities: - Advice technical expertise on Rapid Response Projects (RFQs from Field) which mainly focus on new engineering requirements on monitoring equipment - Support engineering advices to Field for product functionality - Evaluate, develop and improvement on existing drawings using PTC Creo- Design and Implement testing on new design works based on DFM,DFA,GD&T and Stack up Analysis - Organize technical reviews of requirements, specifications, designs, code and other artifacts on new supplier and product qualification- Execute project management using Gantt Chat and Decision matrix- Create and maintain product documentation, procedures, requirements and test plans.- Facilitate on waivers using SAP as engineering support- Conduct Risk Assessments on new design/material changes - Perform failure analysis of failed gauges, motors, and elastomers using 5 why and fish bone diagram

Attend customer inquires promptly on Wika Pressure Gauges, Pressure Switches,Diaphragm Seal, Temperature gauges,Thermowell,Thermocouples, level gauges, flow, transmitters,switches and valves-Prepare quotation for projects and MRO business(e.g oil and gas, pulp and paper,palm oil, food,chemical, power plant,water segment,and general industries) -Costing calculation for projects at price negotiation and bidding -Calculate Freight Charge for shipment globally and arrange shipping methods-Assist customer’s Purchase orders for MRO and projects -Monitor and lead sales coordinators for order processing, shipment, and liaise with factories-Prepare and compile documents for project submissions including quotations, technical proposal and GA drawings-Attend customer complaints and solve any problems efficiently -Handling repair /service of customer ‘s existing Wika instruments which includes investigation of pre- mature problem of instrument and proposal of solution
