• checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and following up with the next hiring stages,
• conducting new hire training and orientation/onboarding programs. HR Management:
• in line with CEO and executive management designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment,

• Planning, scheduling and monitoring translation projects for more than 12 regions,
• Clarifying project parameters, negotiating deadlines, creating schedule and monitoring timeliness of completing tasks,
• Ensuring the successful planning, execution, tracking and closure of each translation project,
• Preparation and maintenance of projects documentation, QA-checking of translations,
• Management, sourcing and coordination of translators, site engineers and publishing specialists.

• Implementing two days psychological training program on Professional orientation of the adolescents in different schools of Armenia.
