Dealing with various DFIs, Banks.- Ensuring liquidity for Project construction milestones, meeting overall budgets and cash flow management.- Contracts execution including EPCs. Ensuring compliances under various contracts (PPAs, EPCs, SHA, SPA).- Financial modeling, financial forecasts, mid-quarter estimates, business plans based on analysis.- Corporate Governance, Supervisory Boards.

Finance and Tax due diligence of the transactions, negotiation of SPAs.- Closed Project financing MINR 8000 (USD 100 millions) for the HPP. Also set-up Working capital facility of MINR 1000 (USD 20 millions).
