 Responsible for overall production and dispatches against customer’s schedule on daily basis.  Monthly production planning & schedule, for Shop floor. Inventory management of bought out parts at Store. Inventory management at customer end and it’s monitoring on daily basis. To make the weekly production plan to meet the shipment plan & to prepare daily schedules production for all the assembly line To monitor the daily actual production on all the assembly line & to coordinate with dispatch for any change in schedule. Report of daily shortages. Preparing Material Requirement Planning (M.R.P.) in SAP Issuing Supplier Rating, on the basis of their Delivery and Quality Performance, on Quarterly basis. Raw Material In-Charge, and responsible for its Supplies, issues, inventory and inventory Control. Involvement in all In-Coming and Out-Going Material from and within the Factory.  Working with SAP.
