I was associated with Maruti Suzuki India Limited Gurgaon Manufacturing Plant as TECHNICAL TRAINER. Looking into Training and Development Activities and Provide Technical Training in Automotive Manufacturing from July 2017 to Jan 2022.An integral part of core team of TecknoSIMTraining Services where whole project started & does work for the development & improvement of the organization which lead us to a bigger picture & role in MSTA. (Maruti Suzuki Training Academy)& Organize & set the pattern of syllabus to be taught to vocational student trainee finalize with MSTA staff as per their guidelines. Prepare question bank & exam paper for the assessment of student trainee performance finalization as per guidelines of MSTA.Construction & working of practical prototypes for better understanding of different parts of automobile Arrangement of extracurricular activities for student trainee for their regular motivation & entertainmentDocumentation & preparation of files according to the requirement as per MSTA staff.Regular On Job Training" at Production line & Theory classes inside ClassroomTraining in Assembly shop, Machine shop, Weld shop, Paint Shop, Safety shop and Japanese culture like-5S, 3G, 3K, 3M etc. on production line and classroom training. Attend the regular morning meeting conduct by MSTA & preparing the monthly review for overall performance of all batches under TecknoSIM Training Service in MSIL Students Trainee has learning in workshop like Body in Weld shop, Machine shop, Paint shop and Assembly shop, Press & safety shop as per their training schedule during two month basic training before going to "On Job Training" at Production line. After that we have the schedule for students to do their continue learning during "On Job Training" in Maruti Suzuki Training Academy Department.
