Cinnamon Grand, Colombo is the largest five-star hotel on the island, housing 501 rooms, 14 restaurants, 10 meeting & event spaces. - International Standards like ISO 14001, ISO 18001 & ISO 22000 were maintained to keep up the hotel standards. - Equipment and systems such as magnetic driven chillers, water cooled screw chiller, generators, cooling towers, boilers, fresh water pump systems, hot water systems, swimming pool maintenance/ water circulation, VFD’s & fire detection systems/pumps were monitored and carried out preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation.- Handled a staff of 80 in the engineering department while coordinating with Chief Engineer and Director of Engineering of the property.- Responsible for the entire engineering operation of the hotel when in charge of the appointed shift (Morning/Evening/Night) on a day. - Supervised south wing renovation while overseeing external contractors along with planned and corrective maintenance. Reviewed the renovation schedule and budget while conducting inspection of the work carried out. - Occupational health and safety guidelines were followed in every task carried out and communicated about the guidelines to the staff effectively.

Jetwing Lagoon is a ECO friendly Green hotel located facing Negombo Lagoon and Indian Ocean. - International Standards like ISO 50001, ISO 14001 and HACCP were maintained to keep up the hotel standards. - Responsible for day-to-day maintenance requirements of the resort and beach villa including preparing capital expenditures requirements to maintain the smooth operation. - Equipment and systems such as Vapour Absorption Chiller (98RT), water cooled screw chiller, generator, cooling towers, bio mass boiler, fresh water pump systems, Steam distribution, maintenance of Calorifier for Hot water distribution, salt water chlorination system for the swimming pool (100m x 15m x 1.3m), solar photo voltaic grid tie and off grid systems, VFD’s & waste water system were monitored and carried out preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation- Speed boats, Jet Skies and floating pier in the lagoon were monitored and carried out preventive maintenance to ensure the smooth leisure activities for the guests. - Maintained and repaired the battery-operated buggy cars and converted the buggies into normal car batteries operation. - Handled a staff of 25 in the engineering department while coordinating with Maintenance Engineer and General Manager of the property.- Occupational health and safety guidelines were followed in every task carried out and communicated about the guidelines to the staff effectively. - Maintenance of WiFi Distribution system through Unify® WiFi Access controller system- Assisted Maintenance Engineer for the implementation of Cloud accessible Computerized maintenance & Sustainability management system (CMSM) for the resort for maintenance of equipment and monitoring of resources.- Training of skilled workforce and optimization of resources.

- Responsible for day-to-day maintenance requirements, preventive maintenance of air conditioning systems of Rubber Tyre Gantry Cranes (RTG), Quay Cranes (QC) and operation building. - Job orders, capital expenditures and all the administrative document requirements were handled. - In charge of a staff of 4 and ensure occupational health and safety standards were followed in the port premises.

- Assisted the Project manager to complete the project of Central Air Conditioning Installation, including Chillers, Cooling towers, AHU, FCU, Duct lines and pipelines at the site. - Handled the material logistics and contractors for the project in order to maintain the uninterrupted construction. - Prepared the site for ISO 9001 audit and NIKE audit. - Completed the project before the deadline.
