Growing up, I was always fascinated by how our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors influence our reactions. This curiosity led me to pursue a path in Bachelors of Arts Psychology and an ongoing Masters in Counselling, where I gained a deeper understanding of the intricate relationship between the mind and emotions. Through my studies and practical experience, I have developed a profound appreciation for how psychological principles can be applied to help individuals navigate their emotional landscapes and improve their overall well-being.My diverse work experiences in the F&B sector and as an administrator further underscored the importance of psychological principles in my everyday interactions. Counselling to me is a fusion of empathy and understanding of one’s emotions, providing support as they navigate their lives. As I embark on this journey, I carry with me the wisdom of my family values and heritage, the academic foundations laid in psychology and the unwavering commitment to make an impactful difference in the lives of others. The road ahead may be filled with hurdles and challenges, but I am determined and optimistic to step forward with an open heart, eager to learn and poised to embrace the boundless growth opportunities.
