This entails managing timely project month close, engaging project Managers and Engineers in monthly project reviews, creating project review Workbooks and tools as required, assistance setting future programme targets, communicating, and monitoring revenue against said targets throughout the month.• Working with Project Managers on project variance and cost analysis and providing recommendations on mitigating costs and risks to programme profitability.• Working with Engineering Programme Manager to build and deliver reports, Dashboards and project progress trackers as required by the client.• Populating SLT reports and dashboards with program revenue and profitability data as well as updates on non-financial KPIs.• All project cost allocations including Project Management staff cost allocations, stock and vehicle cost allocations ect.• Assisting Project Delivery team with validating estimates for new project tenders. • Providing cost data, variance analysis and financial insights for negotiating Target Cost Variations to contracts and submitting Budget Increase Requests to client.• Revenue recognition, WIP accounting and Capitalisation of project expenses (Capex vs Opex) for all Multinet Gas contract projects according to finance policy.• Generating client invoices for project milestone and target cost variations.• Financial Accounting functions such as General Ledger reconciliation, payroll cost journals, job cost transfers and recharges to business units.• Providing data and analysis in response to all Internal and External financial audits relating to capital projects.
