Leading a team by navigating account transformations. Inspiring my team with training and coaching to deliver exceptional customer experience by managing customer flow and and traffic. Identified any selling skill gaps, then create and implement development plans to help the team meet and exceed sales metrics and quota assignments. Run store operations- analyze staffing needs, report financial and sales data, meet compliance, open trouble tickets with Facilities/ Networks/ IT as needed to ensure store up time and functionality. Maintain relationship with Verizon business in B2B groups execute business sales and meet quota attainment.
