Supported the work of the Community Investment Program (CIP) and Community Capacity and Intelligence (CCI) teams. Provided administrative support to various initiatives of the CIP and CCI teams including: GovGrants (online grant management platform), CIP funding streams, capacity building, community level intelligence gathering and other assigned projects.

At Holland Bloorview, I was part of a stellar team that managed corporate partnerships in support of hospital programming. I provided project execution support to the annual Capes for Kids campaign, stewarded corporate signatories of the Dear Everybody anti-ableism campaign by drafting a monthly newsletter and provided ongoing relationship management to.

In this role I managed the community events portfolio at Osler Foundation. In order to mitigate the negative impacts of the pandemic on community event fundraising, I developed a strategy to roll-out a new campaign to engage the community - the 'Celebrate Summer Campaign'.

I applied project management techniques and methodology to the Osler signature fundraising events portfolio to meet - and exceed - revenue targets. I executed selected aspects of events including marketing, event logistics, reporting, administration and follow-up.

In this role, I provided project execution support to the events portfolio at Wellspring. I also managed the third-party community events program. This involved identifying new partnerships within the community, as well as managing existing relationships.

This role was an excellent opportunity to gain supervisory experience in a professional setting. Furthermore, I was able to hone in on the month-end reconciliation process and identify areas for improvement, reducing the turnaround period by 70%.
