- Find the right candidate via the professional job boards ( linkedin, Tanitjob, Fabskill, APEC, hellowork, Météojob, CVADEN) - Conduct in-depth phone interviews with candidates coming from different fields of profession- Mastery over End to End process of recruitment- Ensuring the onbording of new recruits, trainees and Interns within the company- Implementing personalized sourcing strategies to build a pool of potential applicants- Managing hiring processes via electronic Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Linkedin- Evaluating and screening candidates - Conducting face to face or video call interviews with qualified candidates- Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants- Developing and updating job descriptions according to clients needs- Conduct regular follow-up with clients and candidates- Promoting the company’s reputation and building relationships on linkedin and facebook- Prepare candidates selection reports- Promoting our content on social channels ( Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram)- Monitor client relationships to enhance our brand image
