In my role as Head of Innovation at the 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗕𝗶𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗖𝗥𝗘𝗕) at 𝗨𝗣𝗖, I lead projects that spark public-private partnerships, industrial collaborations, and open innovation strategies.In academia, I teach at the 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗮’𝘀 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 and the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗮 (𝗘𝗦𝗠𝗨𝗖), where I lead projects focused on innovation, organizational culture, and the management of cultural industries. I also co-direct the 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗛𝗘𝗖 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹-𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗮 𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆, an internationally renowned program that brings together professionals and researchers from a wide range of disciplines.My collaborations in cultural and creative industry projects, working with governments and institutions, have deepened my understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in these sectors, always with a focus on nurturing talent and fostering innovation.I hold a PhD in Economics, an MBA, and a Master’s in Management Techniques from the University of Barcelona, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration and English Philology.
