Reporting directly to the CIO/Technical Director, responsible for the growth and development of his Business Units (Solutions, Digital, Consultancy and ITSM), ensuring the achievement of the objectives. Ensures efficiency and innovation as well as quality of the delivery of projects and beeing the main interlocutor of the Sales structures in support of the CIO.In particular:• Supports the CIO in defining BU's portfolio and investment strategy as well as in proposing new technologies and partnerships• Identifies and evolves strategy based on current and future market needs• Addresses technological innovation and the optimization of delivery processes within its sphere of competence by presenting structured proposals for new solutions or efficiency options to CIO• Internal interlocutor for the Sales Department (Sales Manager and KAM/Accounts) for the definition and review of proposals, presentations, POCs• Estimates costs/revenues for strategic projects/customers• Monitors complex strategic projects defining initial set up (staffing, methodologies), requirements gathering, analysis, development, quality assurance and delivery• Addresses the complex projects and monitors the implementation of methodologies with a view to standardization and innovation and best practices• Responsible for the staffing efficiency and the chargebility of the resources for which he is hierarchically responsible, therefore of the technological teams within the BU• Responsible for professional growth and management of the performance management system for the resources assigned to him
