I , as a Bixal Local Consultant, played a crucial role alongside Stephanie Vasquez (Bixal Global Health Director) and Suzzane McQueen (URC Health System Strengthening Team Lead). Their collective effort during the August 15th - September 15th, 2023 data collection period under URC's leadership has produced a comprehensive and insightful report. As one of the largest employers worldwide Deutsche Post DHL Group has established its Group-wide program GoTeach as a way to support children and young people who find themselves in need as a result of poverty, loss of family or being forced to flee their country. Supporting them to discover their strengths and build self-confidence gets young people off to better employment opportunities and prepares them to live independent lives. We also provide young people with early first-hand exposure to the working world. This involves professional encounters with DPDHL Group employees, who share their expertise and experience. Through the GoTeach program Deutsche Post DHL Group collaborates with two established partners: Teach For All and SOS Children's Villages.
