Managing a team of more than 15-20 professions, majorly involved in offshore Audit of commercial and real estate clients. Building stronger relationships with the US team, working with the team in delivering quality work, coaching and guiding the team in various aspects including audit methodologies are part of my current role. Currently involved in building real estate practice at the Bangalore office, focusing on opportunity exploration with client-centric mindset.Apart from work I lead the Audit Fun Club for 4 years which was majorly involved in employee engagement activities.

During my role as a Senior, I was involved in managing 8-10 clients portfolio which involves coordinating with the on-shore teams, getting the work performed by a team of 2-3 professional working with me, reviewing the work and delivering back to the onshore teams. During this tenure I have build strong leadership skills, unskilled my accounting and auditing knowledge by working on various areas and various soft skills including strong and effective communication. Outside work, I also lead the Audit Fun Committee, been part of other firm initiatives including CSR and Sports.Got an opportunity to attend Senior training conducted at Chicago, USA. This training was of great help in terms of both building relationships with the onshore seniors and gaining in depth knowledge on a role of a senior.Also got an opportunity to attend a 3 week training on GT Audit tool at Charlotte, USA. As pert of this group, we were responsible in building and testing the New Audit tool and Methodologies

Directly worked with Partners in Audit of Trading and Manufacturing clients and finalisation of books of accounts. Also been a part of bank audit and governmental audits

Right from understand the basics of accounting to finalising the books of accounts to performing Audit of Financial statements under Indian GAAP. During my article ship, I got opportunity to work at the client site and perform audit of Trading and Manufacturing clients. The audits involved from vouching, review of ledger accounts, reviewing of FS including accounting policies to getting the Audit report signed. As part of this role I was also involved in bank audit, governmental audits and of cooperative societies as well.
