Analysing suspicious transactions and preparing enhanced report to collect information that is relevant to the investigation. Managing the complete planning and management activities for ensuring completion of various types of audits within the time and cost parameters. Preparing inspection programs & scope and responsible for delegation of work to subordinates. Evaluating internal control systems / procedures and preparing reports with a view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations. Devising and effectuating risk policies & managing wide risks and implementing effective mechanisms to mitigate the same. Handling overall risk operations involving risk assessment, internal / external rating, as well as monitoring risk for various branches. Ensuring appropriate risk management limits, control mechanisms and mitigation strategies are in place. Coordinating with risk management team, assigning exposure limits and monitoring failed trades. Undertaking risk surveillance of branches as well as involved in surveillance and monitoring of limit provided at all level. Accountabilities:  Leading a team of 25 members for managing development for departments like Risk Management, Surveillance, Back-Office Operational activity and Management MIS System.  Developing a team and coordinating with the users / vendors for automation. Managing Skill Set, Capability, Expectation, People, Business requirements. Conducting essential skills workshops for employees within the organization.  Driving recruitment force for hiring the best resource to be a part of the organization.
