Manesh has been working in the distressed residential real estate arena since graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2003. He started doing acquisitions, sales and originating hard money loans of SFRs for the largest wholesale brokerage in the country at the time, RealnetUSA, and quickly climbed to Top Producer status within the first full year and continued to maintain that status for many years, all the while, investing in renovations and cashflow rentals.After the real estate crash in 2008, the core group stuck together and became Networth Realty. In March of 2011, he helped spearhead the expansion process starting Networth Realty of Atlanta where he was the broker/owner for over 3 years until selling back to the newfound Networth Realty USA in 2014. Networth Realty USA has now grown to 20 offices nationwide from East to West coast! During those 15 years Manesh helped transact over 1000 deals and over 500 hard money loans for over $80M worth of real estate!Shortly after resigning in June 2019 to pursue other ventures he teamed up with 2 partners to begin a RE tech startup yet to be announced and started a new brokerage by the name of FoxCorRE while continuing to build his rental portfolio and flipping houses.They're expecting to make some annoucements by first quarter of 2020 for FoxCorRE while continuing to build the startup along with seeking other company acquisitions and roll-ups.His goal is to make positive change, provide the best service available, serve those lives he touches, and do good honest business to the mutual benefit of all he comes in contact with.
