As Managing Partner at HPE Growth Capital, I am jointly responsible for the firm and specifically oversee the firm's investment activities. Besides providing growth capital, we support the founders and CEOs of our portfolio companies in the next phase of their growth, define international growth strategies and build experienced growth teams that fit their entrepreneurial, fast-paced dynamic culture. I have 20 years of technology experience as an entrepreneur, investment banker and investor. While currently based in Amsterdam and focused on European Technology growth investments, I worked in the US for 16 years, primarily in Silicon Valley, where I managed over 30 transactions in the technology sector, with an aggregate value of over $2 Billion, including 16 Nasdaq IPOs and took a silicon valley start up from inception to a successful Nasdaq IPO as an entrepreneur and part of the management team. After spending time in the entrepreneurial trenches I first started investing in technology start ups and growth companies at TPG as one of the founding partners of TPG Ventures (the predecessor to TPG growth). Domain expertise includes technology, Software (as a Service), Consumer and B2B Internet and consumer product sectors.
