The initial goal was to develop IT services in the health sector, in particular to manage patient data, notably critical data, with consultants from a scientific background. Over time, Infogene extended its offer to include critical data management, which now concerns all sectors, and to the development of customised applications. It manages projects in its service centres in various modes: technical assistance, managed services or on a fixed-price basis. It has three centres spread across the country: one in Paris, responsible for data, AI, digital and design projects; one in Lyon, dedicated to laboratory software (LIMS-ELN); and a third one in Lille, focusing on digital and e-commerce projects.Infogene has as also a expertise in Quality and Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and data integrity, exclusively for the pharmaceutical industry.
