Oversees the operation of the table games in the designated Pit.Deploys personnel during a particular shift.Supervises all the D/I's & Croupiers within the Pit & also responsible for costumer relations & game protection.Completes Pit transactions such as Fill, Credits & Hourly Updates through the use of Company's computer system or Manually.Handles disputes involving dealing errors & costumers complaints.Motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.Issues written warnings for procedure violations of particular personnel. Display professional attitude at all times.

Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, and problem resolution. Evaluates team member performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance. Responsible for all employee discipline actions. Assists in determining slot layout, machine types, locations, denominations, and numbers of slot machines on the floor through performance analysis.Runs game performance reports, daily, weekly, monthly, as well as other designated periods. Analyzes statistics on slot performance reports, ensures game and floor performance is meeting expectations, and recommends any needed changes or actions. Ensures all employees understand slot promotions, events, and slot tournament information. Supervises and assigns staff to slot duties. Observes, recognizes, documents irregularities in slot and casino personnel or customers and institutes appropriate action. Investigates and resolves customer complaints with a win, win approach. Ensures customer service standards are met. Promotes positive customer relations, greets customers and creates a friendly atmosphere. Assists in the coordination of and preparation of special slot functions. Assures the confidentiality of records and files used in the slot department. Produces reports on slot performance and evaluation and presents them to the slot director. Ensures departmental budgets are followed and/or not exceeded. Ensures all required monthly reports required by the Company and management are delivered upon due dates. Leads and contributes to a team effort in achieving company and departmental goals. Ensures assigned property operates in synergy with other properties. Leads by example. Performs other duties as required.
