Manfred is responsible for the overall management, commercial viability, client management and worldwide business development of SCIENTRIX.Before joining Scientrix, Manfred worked at Mercedes-Benz for 24 years in Germany, Turkey, South Africa, Mexico and Argentina in Finance, Logistics, Corporate Strategy and General Management. His experience in the corporate world has led him to believe that organizations need to improve the alignment of their workforce around their strategy. He realized that there is a true disconnect in how people think, plan and execute and a dire need to overcome workplace silo’s. Together with Rentia, his wife and business partner, they established SCIENTRIX and developed the matrix-based SCIENTRIX Thought Architecture since 2004. It is a proprietary unique conceptual model supported by a digital platform that enables individuals, teams, organizations and ultimately the extended enterprise to think smarter, adjust faster and execute better.
