Supervising 360 Employees. - Launched the plant, from the initial concept, to final implementation. I was responsible of hiring and training staff; Designed and developed a production system that assured quality, all accomplished in the first 18 months when reached 360 employees. Built a successful young plant that worked an 85% of efficiency. - In 1993, we designed a system of repairs that managed to accelerate shipments, this was possible by completing each lot on time. In addition, we were able to ship 100% of all the lots (before it was 97%) increasing revenue by approximately US$235,000.00 annually. We were the first plant, of PCA Apparel, to archive that amazing goal.
