Great achievements happen where people are encouraged, challenged and respected. 21 years of professional experience, the last 15 in pharmaceutical engineering, have taught me that authenticity, discipline, patience and humour are among the most important factors for success in management. My path led me from the construction site, via studies in civil and business administration, directly into international project management, where I was able to hold leading roles within just a few years. Some of the key sectors I have gained experiences in, include: Pharma, Biotech, Packaging, MedTech, Defense and Mechanical Engineering.With this knowledge, I now dedicate myself now to build and run a high performing, cross-national technical organisation within the LifeSciences Business Line of ALTEN Int.1, by leading and managing 9 country organisations (PRT; ITA, ESP, CHE, DNK, SWE, BEL, LUX, NLD).
