Mark Mangan is a leading international arbitration lawyer, having appeared as counsel in over 75 cases around the world and across the Asia-Pacific. He is a current member of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, an author of a leading book on SIAC arbitration, and author/co-editor of a book on investment treaty arbitration. Mark also has an active investment treaty practice, having advised and represented both investors and states in investment treaty disputes.
