I am a Credit and Collection Sr. Specialist at SCIEX, a global leader in life science and analytical technologies. I have a Masters Degree in Economics and Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance, and a PG Diploma in Taxation Law . I also completed a Business Analytics Course from IMS Proschool Pvt. Ltd. and an Information Technology Training from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.In my current role, I perform AR duties for PAN India customers, ensuring smooth cash flow for the organization. I achieved a significant reduction in DSO from 195 days to 75 days in one year, including extensive bad debt collection. I was also part of the Project Go Live for data migration process of all customers, including KYC verification. I handle a portfolio of INR 110 crore and USD 50 million annually for collection, and I solve customer queries related to invoicing and collection. I also visit clients if required. I use my skills in basic accounting, confidentiality, and cash receipts to contribute to the success of the team and the company.
