Mangesh is a strong data driven & customer focused product leader as well as Innovator (8+ patents) having worked at FAANG companies like Meta & Amazon as well as other tech companies like HP, Walmart Labs, Paytm building 0-to-1 products as well as scalable platforms, that have created huge impact for the business and contributed directly to the top- and bottom-lines of the company. He is extremely passionate about building great products, driving & owning product strategy, vision, goals and roadmap. He has groomed and built high performing product teams and possess excellent leadership and people management skills, can effectively marry them with strong analytical/problem-solving skills, attention to detail and great communication skills and expertise in AI and ML. He has extensive experience using AI and ML and has done work in building predictive models for supplier risk profiling, supply chain optimization, store operations, customer & field service agent onboarding (fraud detection), user cohort identification for Instagram/FB for feed matching. Apart from this, he has used computer vision (AI) to detect quality of fresh produce, inventory accuracy and inventory fraud detection at Walmart store. In addition to this, Mangesh is a passionate teacher and involved as visiting faculty of product management at IIM and other premium management institute in India. He is also part of NASSCOM Deep Tech community & committee member involved in mentoring curated startups in India.
