(SPECS) is joint venture partnership between Nile Petroleum Corporation and Beijing SIPAIKE Project Management Consultancy Services Company Limited a subsidiary company of the China Petroleum Engineering and Construction CompanyI am working as Civil/Structure Engineer - PMC for MELUT BASIN OIL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT – EPC of Paloch FPF De-Bottlenecking Project Sedimentation Process System Project cost worth USD 102 M for client DAR Petroleum Operating Company – South SudanResponsibilities includes Project Management & Execution of Crude Oil/ Water Buffer Tank & Sedimentation Tank including Infrastructure Development such as Bund wall, Pipe rack, Pipe Bridge, Equipment Foundations, Drain Pits, Pipe support structures, Sheds, Piping, Road, Utilities, Drainage line etc. complete for Oil Refinery Plant.

Responsible for Green & Brown field projects, Operation & maintenance of Facilities & Utilities dept., Lead Project section, Team Building, CAPEX & REVENUE budget preparation & control, Cash flow control, Upkeep old & new facilities and infrastructures, etc., Budgeting, Contracts & Tender Management and Site Execution Project Management - New Plants Set up, Capacity Enhancement projects, Entire facility management, HVAC, Up keeping health of entire infrastructures, Contract Management, Budget (CAPEX & Revenue) preparation & control, Safety Management, QA & QC, Cost reduction projects, CR projects, Review & customize tenders, Supports to legal for statutory approvals, MIS preparation, Validate and settle Contract Claims, Special Machine Foundations, Team development, Coordinate with client, Architects and statutory bodies regarding project construction and approval related works, etc.,Facilities & Utilities - Operation & control of HVAC system, Preventive & breakdown maintenance, Cooling towers, Installation & maintenance of Entire fire protection system of the plant & offices, Procurement of new equipment’s & spares, Inventory management, Implementation & documentation of ISO14001 & OSHAS requirement, identify & implement energy saving avenues, liasoning with statutory bodies, met legal & global standards within defined time frame, Contract & contract people management, Co-ordination with internal customers / stakeholders, improve performance of assets utilization, etc.,Project Management & Execution of Civil Facilities like Shops/Warehouse, Office Building, Office Interiors, Finishing Items, Steel Structure, Vehicle - Test Track, Concrete and Asphalt Roads, Utilities, Drainage line, Sewage Treatment Plant, Horticulture Development
