Responsible for strategies, planning, budget, advertising and promotional activities, as well as publishing and marketing planning for consumer and professional markets, management of partnerships and joint ventures, sales activities on key clients.By the end of 2003, the Quattroruote site was the most important web site in the automotive area as well as one of the top ten Italian sites, with (Nielsen data) a million visitors consulting an average 30 million pages per month, and with a community of over 500,000 active users, registered and outlined. I was also responsible of other Domus sites (domusweb, cucchiaio.it, tuttotrasporti.it, ruoteclassiche.it and the compenay store EdStore), as well as other projects like a partnership with FIAT group to create Clickar portal, a business intelligence project on SAS platform for users segmentation, an e-learning project (in partnership with Sole 24 Ore, Mediobanca and Etnoteam), a project to build an online digital archive with the digital version of Quattroruote magazine, etc.
