• Carry out the corrosion tests as per ASTM, NACE, & Aramco procedures & other project specification to determine the susceptibility of material to corrosion in various service conditions like IGC, G28, G48, G1,A262.
• Metallographic examinations on various materials to be determine grain size, cleanliness, volume percentage of phases, inclusion as per E45 and general microstructure evaluation.
• Macro examination as per ASME, API and general macro testing.
• Performing Hardness as per Aramco & NACE drawing with using HV10Kg load as per ASTM E92 & also doing Micro Hardness range from HV 0.1Kg to 1 Kg load as per ASTM E384.
• Carry out the mechanical tests for material properties evaluation and weld procedure specification qualification as per various international standards (ASTM, ASME, API, AWS and BS). The tests include tensile test.
