Handling end-to-end recruitment process.Experience in developing talent pools through Direct Sourcing, Employee Referrals, Candidate Referrals, Job portals, Social Media and walk-ins.Telephonic screening of candidates to check their experience in the technical skill set, HR fitment, stability and expectations.Interacting with clients and stakeholders in understanding and analyzing their requirements and getting a clarity on the job description for the specific account and keeping track of the requirements and data.Articulating and negotiating job offers with the candidates on the salary, benefits, relocation, etc.Candidate engagement and follow-ups with the candidates before joining and on-boarding regarding joining date, notice period, any unexpected negotiations and reference checks.
