Treasury Operations, Investment management• Pre-confirm USD Bond and Repo trades with the External Counterparties prior to Settlement dates and ensure settlement as on value date for non-FED clients. • Liaise with FED custodian on a daily basis to settle all US treasury trades by ensuring the intra-day cash balance availability. • Ensuring SWIFT messages are generated and released prior to settlement date. • In case of any System issue/failure, creating manual SWIFT messages and sending it to respective custodian to ensure all trades are settled on time. • Perform Intraday cash reconciliation and inform the balance to traders for investment. • In case of US Treasury BUY trade fail claiming TMPG. • Liaise with External/Internal Clients/Custodian to work on trade discrepancies, and avoid trade fails • To reconcile total equity of Futures account with brokers for WB accounts and RAMP accounts • Daily variation margining activity for Futures account • Cash reconciliation of WB accounts and RAMP (Reserve Advisory Management Program) accounts between front office and Backoffice systems • Monitor the exposure with counterparts and initiate or honour Re price requests if needed. • Liaise with external counterparts to confirm the To Be Assigned (TBA) Pair off for the Mortgage-Backed Securities and to make the payments for the pair off on time.

Global Banking Markets & Global Clients, Reporting to Ops Management, Securities Ops NL, Risk and Compliance.• Execute Pre-matching, brokerage, settlements, corporate actions, coupons and dividend pay-outs for fixed income products and equities. • Liaise with Nostro/Cash Management on daily payables and receivables to manage cash positions • Manage daily operations and ensure adherence to service level agreements. Validate the events and Positions of stock borrow and lending transactions • Process foreign exchange transactions and confirm deals directly with central banks across regions. • Resolve trade discrepancies, execute transactions manually on a need basis and troubleshoot any issues that may arise in the process. • Process all incoming invoices from brokers; pay out on time and resolve discrepancies if any. • Process end to end transactions for FX Options and FX for Asia pacific entities including trade validation, matching confirmation, settlements and resolving discrepancies. • Work closely with project teams globally during implementation
