Currently i am working as Senior Engineer -Tendering & Billing, Costing. • My Job description is pre contract and post contract duties• Under Pre contract: Preparation of BOQ with CTC/Budgeting,  Rate analysis (Material + Labour + Equipment + Overheads & Profit),  Checking deviation with drawing and BOQ etc. • Under post contract: Ontime RA bill Submission and certification, Non-Tender/Non-BOQ item with detailed rate analysis preparation, Indication of Variation from original contract, Detailed Preparing and submission of variations statement and Variation order to client. Maintains regular follow-up of the variation status and updates the system accordingly. Preparation of Zero cost of the project Issuing Work Orders Request (WORs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) Vendor negotiation, Sub-contractor WO preparation, Subcontractor Bill review and certification in order to base on work progress, contractor agreement and subsequently issuing interim payment certificates  Monthly costing sheet preparation and Monitoring quantities and cost within the budget, Attending project progress review meeting for procurement & Vendor’s, Checking and Maintaining estimation align with budget, Monitoring and reporting of site-work productivity daily, Proficient in preparing monthly and daily project costs reports, preparing monthly material reconciliation reports Check and prepare actual executed cost together with detailed report showing job status (P/L)All above contributing to streamlined management
