As a MEP Manager - M/s Runwal Garden, I am handling high rise building in phase-1 internal and external works - total 12 towers each tower 23 floors along with amenities and external infra activitys.still now 6 substation is energized (15 transformer and 6 RMU))>witness testing of equipment's and commissioning of all MEP system. conduct inspection, material verification, progress report evaluation, as build drawing, reviewing ,snag list, preparation and closure updating, insures that contractor complies with the contractual requirement and relevant standards, maintain safety working condition at site .Reviewing submitted shop drawing, method statements, material submittals and inspection test procedure for building services.Monitoring quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance and contractual QCS specification and safety and health risk assessments.Preparing surveillance reports fir deficiencies of works found at site and non-conformance reports (NCR). if required in view if the development of events and coordinate the closure of NCR in a timely manner.following activity I handling at site1. 12 tower internal works2. 11 acrs central garden 3. cluster infra works4.
