In charge of Operations and Infrastructure of this all in one app. All IBM technologies - WAS, Mobile First System, DB2, Cloudant, UNICA, Magento etc are being used. Achieved PCIDSS certification for this Omni-Channel, Omni-Device App, DynaTrace monitoring software is extensively used.

In Charge of TCS-BancsLink Software Operations of SBI. The hardware was HP-SuperDome with HPUX and Oracle 11i was the Data Base. As the leader, managed the smooth merger of 5 Assosiate Banks and Mahila Banks. Scale of Operations: 750 Million accounts, 350 million customers, 100 million transaction, 6000 TPS. Managed around 60 SBI staff and 200 TCS staff in this Project.Branch Server Consolidation Project: Implemented the Converged Infrastructure Of VCE Vblock (VMWare,Cisco,EMC) with more than 20,000 Virtual Machines (VMs). Security technologies like NSX of VMware, Deep Security of Trend Micro were implemented.In Charge for Construction of State of the Art Data Center at Gacchibowli, Hyderabad, The 1000 rack capacity DC with latest Software Defined Network is one of the acclaimed high-tech Data Center in the country.

In-Charge for Base-24 ATM Switch Operations. Started the ATM Department at Global IT Center, Belapur and was responsible for installing and maintenance of 55000 ATMs in Base-24 Switch. Got promoted from Chief Manager Systems and continued in the same department. My job included Updating and maintenance of 200 million card holders data in Debit Card Maintenance Systems of FSS, Reconciliation of daily transactions to the tune of 20 million comprising of On-Us, MasterCard, VISA and Rupay. Dispute Resolutions of transactions. Creation of new cards and complete card life cycle management.
