Current- Managing and coordinating the BharatRAN project, achieving TRL-4&5 verification by the end user.- Serving as the single point of contact for multiple customers, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.- Led the integration of mmWave UE L2L3 with customer L1 and 3rd party gNB.- Executing and delivering multiple software releases across customers.- Applying project management methodologies such as SDLC, Agile, and Scrum to ensure project success.- Monitoring project milestones, managing project coordination, and overseeing release management.- Utilizing tools such as JIRA Administration, Confluence, and JIRA Service Management for project tracking and reporting.- Demonstrating strong communication skills and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
