Current• Study of drawings for manufacturing feasibility and confirming the availability of Raw materials and bought out parts (if anything involved).• Preparation of detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for all the assemblies and child parts.• Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) implementation, stage wise tracking and submitting the reports to higher authorities.• Ensuring the quoted vs actual cost every quarter once after SOP.• Identify cost Optimization opportunities after reviewing the operational process end to end.• Submitting early business summary reports to management.• Keep accurate records of cost estimates, project budgets, and cost-saving initiatives.• Collaborate with teams to implement cost-effective methods, improve efficiency, and reduce waste.• Yearly monitoring the customer price norms with actual price
