Current- Study of drawings for manufacturing feasibility and confirming the availability of Raw materials and bought out parts (if anything involved).
- Preparation of detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for all the assemblies and child parts.
- Value Analysis and Value Engineering (VAVE) implementation, stage wise tracking and submitting the reports to higher authorities.
- Ensuring the quoted vs actual cost every quarter once after SOP.
- Identify cost Optimization opportunities after reviewing the operational process end to end.
- Submitting early business summary reports to management.
