Making sure that one of the 5 bars at the o2 forum in Kentish town runs smoothly and efficiently. I would be in charge of 3-5 bar staff at a time. Making sure that the bar is set up properly depending on the audience and what type ofdrinks we are expecting them to be drinking throughout the night. Making sure that product is topped up/kegs are quickly changed for the bar to run smoothly. Keeping contact with the rest of the forum via walkie-talkie. being able to deal with customer complaints/refunds. Making sure that all staff are safe and are comfortable with what they are doing. Ensuring that the bar has been properly cleaned after shifts to keep up with hygine regulations.Reporting back sales and stock to the manager at the end of a shift.

Working as a teaching assistant (not paid as i was a volunteer) at a primary school in North London. I worked with children of all ages however, was assigned to a year one class (5-6 year olds). Would help the teacher set up lessons, mark work, work with kids. Would supervise playtimes/PE lessons. Photocopyed and kept the classroom displays presentable and up to date with the topics that the class was studying for that year. Unfortunatley my time at the school was cut short due to covid 19 and the introduction of online lessons meant i was no longer needed.
