Started as a Business Analyst in this role, gathering business requirements, analysis, documentation, assisting in solution design, testing, implementation and launching business/customer outcomes.Was promoted to Senior Business Analyst/Solution Consultant which expanded my role to engaging directly with institutional customers to determine fit for purpose transactional banking solutions. Designed and developed a new sales reporting tool for the BT Corporate Super distribution team, who were moving to an individual sales target and portfolio based KPIs. Assisted in normalising the reporting to internal users and external organisations. Assisted the transition of the distribution team to a new CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) and use it to track sales pipeline and life-cycle. Provided subject matter expertise to internal marketing and analytics team in driving to higher campaign success rate. Using the current government mandates to target additional contributions: co-contribution, concessional and non-concessional and spouse contributions. Including using existing data on pre-approved insurance formulae for an employer/company based on an employee's employment category, age to retirement and salary/bonus earned to drive targeted campaigns.
