1) Working with various internal stakeholders to reduce the overall operations cost by increasing the productivity of internal Gurus.2) Onboarding external Gurus at optimum commercials, building rapport, utilizing them for various programs & roles, etc,. which inturn creates a strong bond between the Guru and the Organization.

1) Create and maintain the healthy pool of Gurus (Mentors) to ensure all the delivery targets are being met without compromising the quality of learning experience for our learners- Using various hiring platforms for scouting and identifying the SMEs in various disciplines (Some of the notable disciplines where I worked are Full Stack, Data Science & other data domain, Cloud, IOT, Blockchain, Advanced Python, MBA, MCA, BBA degree programs)- Engage with the candidates as a Great Learning ambassador and make them understand the entire process, opportunities & benefits, etc,.- Assess & Screen the candidates as per the quality standard of Great Learning2) End to End onboarding & training process for all new Gurus- Orient new Gurus on internals processes, prepare them and make them deliver valuable sessions to our learners- Collaborate with various internal stakeholder teams to ensure all the new Gurus are set up forsuccess from the first session itself through rigorous preparation, planning, andassignment of mentors to the right set of learners3) Conduct meetings with our internal teams for various requirements and mentor query resolution (Negotiations, Retention, Payment issues etc)4) Engaging the existing community of experts - by providing them multiple opportunities across various programs- by conducting special webinars, competitions, etc,.- by providing some non-monetary benefits, etc,.5) Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders across teams around process planning, systemdesign, and execution of various solutions/initiatives to enable long-term success inmentor/guru management

1) Getting inputs from the BD Team and executing the training as per the client requirements by following the organization standards2) End to End execution of all training programs PAN India including Materials planning, Trainer Allocation, Scheduling the sessions, Logistics & Accommodation planning, Allowances settling, etc,.3) Talking to various internal stakeholders for process planning, system designing, executing the solutions finalized and initiatives, etc,.
