• Responsible for planning, monitor and complies with Production Plan, controlling the entire Productive Process on a day to day basis.• Coordination between Supervisor and inter departments for achieving the goal based on the available resources• Work instructions to Shift In-Charges and follow-up the same for the smooth operation of the plant• Monitoring the Specific power and fuel consumption on regular basis and making plan to achieve the target• Daily production report. • Planning of the yearly shutdown in terms of refractory (bricks and castables) in coordination with Maintenance.• Create and implement the process routines• Monitoring the pollution control activities in coordination with All Department. • Co-ordination in stoppage and maintenance plan, from process department side• Propose improvements in the Productive Process in order to optimize costs.• Perform any extra duties assigned by the Process In-Charge• The work involves production In Charge for solvent based department, quality control for finished goods, , Research and development work • Making schedule daily based on the customer requirement and execute the plan.• To checking raw material availability if not means give requisition to purchase department.• Quality checking for finished goods inks like shade, strength, viscosity, scratch resistance, scuff test, drying test, adhesion test, etc..,• Color and shade matching based on the customer requirement. • Suggest to customer which system (NC Based system, Polyamide system, Polyurethane system, and water based system) will suitable for their requirement.• Raw material checking like resins, solvents, adhesion promoter.• After matching shade formulate the formulation and enter to the system.• Making Technical Data sheet for matched systems. • Wet sample analysis from various customers.• Prepare the Quality Control report and send to the customer along with finished goods. • Making documents during ISO inspection

• Formulating and testing new ink systems like NC PU inks, PU inks, Poylamide Inks, PVC Inks and for resolving problems and modifying existing systems. • Formulates new ink systems for new and/or existing accounts.• Ensures that customer requirements or specifications are met.• Responds to and/or resolves customer’s specification problems, i.e., adhesion, drying, the ink blocked on the roll or it did not adhere properly to the stock, etc.• Modifies existing ink systems to meet new customer requirements, • Conducts resin/pigment evaluations, as needed to meet customer’s specifications, provide cost savings, etc.• Provides clear documentation, written reports, etc., enters data into computer.• Applies established procedures under immediate supervision to perform assigned tasks.• Responsible for Inspection and testing of Packaging Material mainly, might be deputed to testing of Raw Materials/ Intermediate and finished product.• Strict implementation of Deviation control systems• Maintain the records of Process, Analysis, audits. Trials etc.• Preparation, preservation of chemical &.reagents.• On time calibration (internal and external) and routine maintenance of laboratory equipments• Implement Good Laboratory practices in Laboratory.• Maintain the records of all analysis.• Take and Maintain control samples for future reference.• Undertake Quality Improvement project along with maintenance and production team.• Investigate quality issues along with quality in charge.• Maintaining of proper QA records
