• Formulating and testing new ink systems like NC PU inks, PU inks, Poylamide Inks, PVC Inks and for resolving problems and modifying existing systems. • Formulates new ink systems for new and/or existing accounts.• Ensures that customer requirements or specifications are met.• Responds to and/or resolves customer’s specification problems, i.e., adhesion, drying, the ink blocked on the roll or it did not adhere properly to the stock, etc.• Modifies existing ink systems to meet new customer requirements, • Conducts resin/pigment evaluations, as needed to meet customer’s specifications, provide cost savings, etc.• Provides clear documentation, written reports, etc., enters data into computer.• Applies established procedures under immediate supervision to perform assigned tasks.• Responsible for Inspection and testing of Packaging Material mainly, might be deputed to testing of Raw Materials/ Intermediate and finished product.• Strict implementation of Deviation control systems• Maintain the records of Process, Analysis, audits.
