During the concerned period, I was on assignment to the French company"Actemium" ( as a business delegation), where I worked as a processengineer and my main tasks were:- development and optimization of production time based on MTM system foremployees taking into account robotic and automated process of aircraftparts assembly- generation of production cycle time diagrams using Microsoft Project (Ganttcharts)- preparing documentation- solving process issues due to additional requirements related to employeeergonomicsAfterwards, I continued the tasks assigned to me directly at the factory totransfer the process from "paper" to "reality", and my responsibilitiesexpanded to::- supporting production line workers, applying process corrections andverifying the actual process of assembling aircraft parts- updating documentation- participation in overseeing the rebuilding of the production line (checking ifthe planned assembly process is feasible and solving cycle time problems)- participating in meetings with clients and presenting solutions to problemsand progress of workDuring this period I worked on the project:- Airbus A320 (Hamburg - Germany)
