I was involved in the following Major Works: Road diversions works, D-wall,  Excavation,  Strutting and RC Works Tunneling works (e.g.TBM delivery and hoisting down into shaft& Compressed Air Works) Coordinate all the works in the worksite relating to workplace safety and health. Conduct training to workers on proper safe work procedure  Conducting Internal Training, Monthly EHS committee meeting, events, Internal EHS cross project audits and Management Review. Organize and conduct site daily EHS inspections with subcons’ management representative, LTA’s (PGI) inspection and attend close-up meeting to rectify issues raised up Conduct Mass Tool box meeting to all workers, Before commencing of work Involving in daily Coordination Meeting with stakeholders like Nishi, subcon’s, QPS & LTA. Implementing & monitoring of Risk & Hazards register with correction/ preventive action in place. Inspect, maintain and keep record for all machineries at site Organize safety committee meeting and safety campaign every month Updating number of workforce for safe man-hours and emergency  Maintain, establish and develop the safety management system (SMS) Investigate all accident and incident at worksite and derive remedial and corrective actions.- Involving in internal audit.- Prepare documents and involve ConSASS audit. Advise the Risk Assessment (RA) team members during the review of RAs to forecast on new activities.  Train company’s work force in regards to emergency preparedness  Review sub – con risk assessment for involved in different job scopes Provide first aid treatment if any casualties  Provide advice to all relevant stakeholders in regards to the HSE requirements stated in the LTA particular specifications Implementing the Behaviour Based Safety (BBS) and educating workforce to achieve Good Safety Culture in the workplace
