Knorex is a cross-channel marketing cloud platform for brand and agency to execute end-to-end digital marketing across major online marketing channels in one single platform. My roles include planning, developing and managing clients' digital strategy to achieve their goals as well as building and managing relationships with clients.

- Build people-based marketing platform: Loyalty programs, Marketing channels (e-mail, SMS, App Push Notification)Planning and delivering CRM strategies, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities- Develop testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company

Account Manager:• Manage Partners (Meta Search Engine sites), monitor their performance and optimize campaigns • Administer back office configuration and setting to facilitate payments and performance reporting• Responsible for data consistency, processing data from several sources for analysis purpose.• Responsible for the whole payment process for MSE• Provide ongoing support to account manager through ad-hoc administrative projects and special requests• Ensured the price parity on MSEs by liaising with hotels team through Zendesk. PPC Operations• Manage Brand Campaign, monitoring keywords bids and performance• Perform account management and generation on Google Adwords interface / Editor• Manage Thai market in order to reach target among all destinations• Participate in Search query optimization process• Research and develop PPC processes and strategies• Monitor test and optimization action results: report actions, progress, and learning
