Started off as a cashier to help customers purchase their items. Promoted to Service Desk as a Representative to help customers take care of their returns and money services. Was able to help customers send/receive money, money orders, and their returns. Other duties included maintaining the area clean and closing the service desk down on the weekends.

Communicating with people from all parts of the world via monitor and headset phone services and selling insurance policies to customers. Able to speak with some customers in Spanish as well while handling calls.

Dealing with customers face to face in a photo studio and take their pictures in a session and then sell their photos out to them. Other duties include cleaning around and making sure that each studio room is ready for the next customer, answering phone calls to assist customers on the phone.
