Responsible to the USD 250 million business P&L of the digital products business in the group

MAP was incorporated in 1995 and the largest retail company in Indonesia with revenues close to USD 1 bn. It has over 1000 monobrand and multibrand stores in diverse industries such as Sport, Fashion, Food and Beverage, lifestyle. Currently working in Sport vertical which has over 400 monobrand and multibrand stores with a turnover of close to USD 350 millionBrief Job Description• Merchandising and Distribution: End to end responsibility for the Sports vertical in the company . This includes end to end responsibility from Brand Management, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and Distribution activities for the portfolio of brands in the category.• E-Commerce: Responsible for conceptualization, launch and operate the e-commerce platform for the company. This includes setting up an independent and fully self sufficient business unit for design, marketing, delivery and after sales support. This channel is currently growing in double digits month on month. • Additional ResponsibilityCommercial rollout of new store points of sale and merchandise planning system for the Organisation. It also ininvolves developing new business processes based on international best practices. This is focused to improve the overall staff productivity and enhance the company profitability

Brief Job DescriptionHead the product initiatives for mobile (prepaid and postpaid), fixed wireless (home phones), data services and payphone. • New Service Launches: Introduction of new services/Offers for all product categories• Processes: Finalization and implementation of the cross functional processes for all products to ensure smooth handover across functions.• Communication: Determining the quantum of marketing spend for new initiatives. Development of the communication on the product value proposition and the communication focus required from time to time• Financial and profitability analysis: Responsible for the financial analysis and profit margins and tracking the product performance.
