GetPro Sports Management was leading agency responsible for bringing world class players to India for the inaugural seasons of the Indian Super League. The agency represented players such as Elano Blumer, Diego Forlan and Roberto Carlos. As head of the Scouting division, I was responsible for creating a scouting tool to help unearth talent across the country for clubs in the league. With the help of an online tool, it helped coaches (experienced and amateur) test out players in a series of exercises to determine their skill set. Young players were able to use the tool to practice and sharpen their skills. Get Pro Scout was tested and applied in hundreds of schools across the country, finding talents even in the most remote of areas.

Ingénierie Sport Systèmes (INSYS), was founded in 2007 with offices located in Ecully near Lyon.Specialized in commercial development of a consulting engineering firm specializing in sports (stadiums, football, rugby, athletic tracks). Since then it expanded its reach into sponsorships and sports marketing as well as events around football. Since 2013, Insys has developed numerous partnerships between football clubs in Europe and clubs/academies around the world. These partnerships have for objective to promote youth football and bring a new approach to recruiting talent. JUNE 2013 : On site consultant for Successful African Cup of Nations bid, Guinea Football Federation (GFF) in 2023: INSYS is mandated to make the bid in accordance with the requirement specifications set out by CAF. On site visits with CAF officials, visit with the ministries of the government and development plans for the tournament. SEPTEMBER 2013 : Lead Consultant on site for emergency AFCON bid for Football Kenya Federation. On site visits of sports stadia, infrastrucutre, meeting with all stake holdings and pitching of the project to CAF.
