I have helped assist with events and PR for the company for various events over the last few years.Papaya Press bring together emerging artists and writers to host events, deliver workshops and make zines. In the past, we've worked with The Laing Art Gallery, The Late Shows and Durham Book Festival.

I facilitate and organise workshops for example, I worked 8 weeks alongside writer Lauren Vevers devising creative activities about female empowerment with the West End Women and Girls Centre. i also ran the Saturday Cuckoo writing sessions at the City Library.

I was a Technician at Tyneside Cinema working in projection across 4 screens in the building. I was responsible for the setup of the gallery space with artwork. I also assisted with general maintenance of the building and liaised with other departments in regards to events and the smooth running of operations.

The Factory is a Digital Arts programme working with young people ages 14-19. I helped to facilitate sessions using programmes such as photoshop, aftereffects, IstopMotion and more, to create work with the group, assisting their needs and advising their progression. Associated with Pixel Palace and Basic FM.I updated their social media such as Facebook and Twitter to grow awareness of the programme.I facilitated workshops and organised an intensive week for the participants with artists such as Juan Delgado to create 'Capture' by The Factory, an immersive audio visual piece. This was part of Juice Festival 2015 to be shown publicly as part of their theme Seen and Heard.

I made Voxpops for feedback and evaluation of the shows and events. Part of this role was face to face contact with the public informing them of the activities that are going on during the 2 week period. I stewarded at the festival finale parade liaising with the public to make sure it met health and safety regulations.

An evening of keeping the gallery open late from 7-11 at The Laing Art Gallery called Bare Necessities, Jungle themed event with tribal dancers & Music. Using Recycled materials and plastic bags to create an atmosphere with lighting under to do with Man Vs Nature and reclaiming land.

worked with Tyne and Wear Archives & Museums Discovery Museum on changing the view of galleries for young people. 6 month project working alongside " The Curious Case of..." exhibition and its young people. As well as organising and facilitating the closing event with emerging artist in the local area in dance & beat boxing. To change the experience and views young people have of galleries and museums. As well as a Workshop at Brunswick Methodist Church where i took the gallery to the people, Engaging in an activity of collage linked to the collection.
