-Handled 42 SLA activities and ensured those are delivered on time without any error-Maintaining Purchase accounts are in-balance by clearing day to day IDOC's from 3 sources in SAP workflow-Handled clients and team member for smooth implementation during business transitions-Publishing journal entries and reconciliation in SAP ERP, EFI & S4/HANA through Blackline -Developed several process automation's that helped to reduce 3 FTE's in the team-Working on invoice processing and rectifying incorrect orders and pricing adjustments-Preparing the insurance claims for Store Damages and Profit & Loss Query reports -Maintaining the Weekly Deferred Sales and Physical Inventories management reports-Prepared monthly quality documents like Process Health indicator, RCSA, Defect-log, QC-Calibration, Utilisation, MIS, COQ, Control Chart, PSR, Forecasting & Estimations-Handling 2 Generic mailbox (GMB) of the Clients-Creating Process Documents like SOP, CSS and Process Map (over 21 Process)-Developed multiple process automation's which resulted in total annual savings of approximately 3600 hours and improved profit margins by reducing man power resources-Handling Operational calls, Inbound queries and Escalation emailsAdditional Skills:-Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access Db) Outlook, SAP ERP, EFI & S4 Hana, Blackline, Passport Mainframe, BEx Analyzer, Microsoft Power BI, VBA Macro and Alteryx Designer-Hands on experience in VBA Macro scripting – automated about 60 activities across the project for cycle time reduction and limiting man power resources -Developed about 5 projects in Alteryx and UiPath automation-Working as Backup Team leader in Inventory Accounting & Customer Order Management Team of 10 members-Led multiple teams in delivery of Continuous Improvement and PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) projects, resulting in increased productivity, reduced cost, and reduced fallout.
