Mapping Customer and forecasting sales based on customer and dealer’s potential. Identify opportunities by industry, region based on the strategic plan, applications that Shanthi Gears can cater to and exhaustive data mining in order to reach out to the potential customer. Which includes visiting customers, demonstrating product offerings, participating in exhibitions/trade-fairs.  Preparing techno commercial offer and providing technical information to the customer and enhancing customer response time by proper co-ordination with various inter-departments. Ensure booking of orders as per the business plan and maintain adequate order funnel. Focus on getting repeat orders from existing customers with good margins, thereby increasing profitability of organization. Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor’s activities, organize presentation and seminars to market Shanthi Gear’s product and Services. Monitor the order execution process and coordinate on a day to day basis with the various teams for resolving any issues, answering queries, ensuring products are sent out as per agreed timeline.

• Identify Business Opportunities related to Steam Turbine Efficiency Improvements, Re-rate or de- rate, Refurbishment & Retrofits, and convert them into successful orders.• Manage Key accounts from domestic and international markets and act as the first point of contact between key accounts and Triveni Turbines. • Identify latent issues within key accounts, suggest in Critical spares inventory management to minimize Turbo generator set downtime due to unavailability of spares during the breakdown.• Utilization of Salesforce for better Customer relationship management.• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with Key customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction, profitable account, and increasing revenues by up-selling activities.• Involve in technical discussion related to Turbine, Gear Box, Alternator, heat exchangers & other Turbine auxiliaries and Propose technical solution to increase the reliability of the system and minimize downtimes thereby improving profitability of Power plant.• Identify client requirements and propose internal capabilities and resources to meet client’s needs.• Support preparation of technical proposals and define the necessary hardware scope, engineering cost, and cycle to complete the upgrade.• Respond to all client-related matters, from contractual agreements, solution implementation and service performance, to service enhancements and new business opportunities.• Provide technical support to Customers in Maintenance of Steam Turbo Generator sets and provide trouble-shooting support to customers during any outage.• Assess health of running Turbines at customer sites by analysing log sheets and real-time data monitoring to formulate preventive maintenance strategies. • Document technical data generated by the executed project consistent with engineering policies and procedures that are in line with ISO 9001:2015 Quality managements

Got Trained in conventional and Non-conventional machining Practices. Learnt CAD tools and got certified with Excellent grade in CATIA - V5 R18 and CNC - Heidenhain ISO Milling.
