* Understanding the requisition of the client and sorting resume as per the need of the organization from the database, Job-Portals and references. * Sourcing the resumes through job portals, job groups, internal database and references. * Checking the availability of the short listed candidates and arranging the interviews in co-ordination with the client. * Conducting Telephonic interviews and scheduling face-to-face interviews. * Coordinating with Technical Panels and candidates for scheduling interviews. * Overlooking all technical interviews, monitoring profile movement across the process & shortlists till closure stage. * Follow up with the offered candidates & confirming on their joining dates.* Able to communicate and interact effectively with individuals of all levels. * Ability to work in multitasking environment. * Building and maintaining good rapport with the candidates. * Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
